We have a transparent 15 days Refund Policy and offer you unconditional money back Guarantee if we are unable to fulfill your requirements or you are not satisfied with our service. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fee for the subscribed payment will not be refundable. At its sole discretion NEEDLESKART may offer partial refund on a case-to-case basis. For incident-based plan – NEEDLESKART will refund 100% in case we are not able to solve your issue within 48 hours from time you’d given us. We give the refund to the customer same mode of charge payment.
Customer can cancel his subscription from us within 15 days of time and customer has 15 days of time to claim a refund.
